END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) – PURESIGHT / SURFIE
Last Updated: August 2, 2026 PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE PURESIGHT / SURFIE SOFTWARE AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES ("SOFTWARE"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.1. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and payment of applicable subscription fees, PureSight Technologies Ltd. ("PureSight") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices owned or lawfully controlled by you, for the sole purpose of monitoring and protecting your minor children.2. License Restrictions
You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to: Reverse Engineer: Copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software. Unauthorized Distribution: Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or assign the Software to any third party. Circumvention: Bypass, alter, or defeat any technical protection measures, parental controls, or tamper-proof mechanisms within the Software. Unlawful Use: Use the Software for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious purpose, including but not limited to tracking, stalking, or monitoring any adult individual without their explicit, informed written consent.3. Parent/Guardian Representations and Parental Responsibility
By installing and using the Software, you represent, warrant, and covenant that: You are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are the parent or legal guardian of the child/children using the device(s) on which the Software is installed, or you have lawful authority over such device(s). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your installation and use of the Software comply with all local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and privacy requirements applicable to you. You acknowledge that the Software is a supplemental parental control tool and is not a substitute for direct parental supervision, guidance, and open communication.4. Software Updates and Changes
PureSight may, from time to time, develop and provide Software updates, upgrades, bug fixes, or enhancements ("Updates"). • Updates may automatically download and install depending on your device settings. • You agree that PureSight has no obligation to provide any specific Updates or continue supporting older versions of the Software or operating systems. • PureSight reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or functionality of the Software at any time with or without prior notice.5. Data Privacy and Permissions
Your use of the Software is also governed by the PureSight Privacy Policy (available at www.puresight.com/privacy-policy). To perform its monitoring and filtering functions, the Software requires specific system permissions on the target device (e.g., Accessibility Services, Location Services, Device Administrator privileges). By granting these permissions, you explicitly consent to the collection, transmission, and processing of data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Software, including its code, structure, algorithms, design, trademarks, and documentation, is the exclusive property and intellectual property of PureSight and its licensors. This Agreement grants you no rights to any intellectual property belonging to PureSight, except for the limited use license expressly set forth herein.7. Term and Termination
Term: This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance and continues until terminated by either party or upon the expiration of your valid subscription. Termination by You: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software from all devices and canceling your subscription. Termination by PureSight: PureSight reserves the right to immediately terminate this Agreement and revoke your license without prior notice if you breach any provision of this Agreement or engage in unauthorized or illegal use of the Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: • THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. • PURESIGHT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. • PURESIGHT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, ABSOLUTELY ACCURATE, SECURE, OR EFFECTIVE IN BLOCKING 100% OF INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT OR PREVENTING ALL ONLINE RISKS.9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PURESIGHT, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. PURESIGHT’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.11. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between you and PureSight regarding the Software.12. Contact Information
